What caught me most off guard was the directness of Mr. Wands’ details. For instance, he described the fear and pain my mother experienced as she passed, offering details of her death that I was unaware of. An immediate phone call to my sister backed up what he’d said. Her description was the same as Jeffrey’s…and it was a lot to take in.
