On Saturday, Dec. 6, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the resort’s ultra-exclusive Poodle Room will host the return of Cowgirls & Cocktails, an upscale tea party designed for powerhouse women of the western and agricultural worlds. Think high tea meets high fashion — all with a country twist.

Tea, Treats, and Truffles

This isn’t your grandma’s tea party. Guests will nibble on a spread of elegant bites like caviar gougères, lobster rolls, and mini truffle croissants, plus smoked salmon on pumpernickel and brie tarts. For dessert? Fresh-baked pastries and buttery scones served with raspberry-strawberry jam, lemon curd, and Devon cream. Naturally, there’ll be plenty of signature cocktails to sip between bites — it’s called Cowgirls & Cocktails for a reason.

Dress the Part: Cowgirl Chic

The vibe is “cowgirl chic” — think hats and heels, denim and diamonds. Tickets start at $125 per person, which includes taxes, gratuity, and a complimentary cocktail. The event is 21+, and tickets are available now online.

NFR Takes Over Fontainebleau

The tea party is just one piece of Fontainebleau’s rodeo takeover running Dec. 4–13, when the resort becomes a full-blown western wonderland. Expect live country music at Nowhere, a concert by rising star Colter Wall at BleauLive Theater, and fashion and brunch experiences with Rodeo Quincy. The Poodle Room’s Cowgirls & Cocktails will add a touch of glam to the week, while The Tavern offers exclusive NFR viewing events. And yes — there’s more to be announced.
