Colin Kaepernick hasn’t been on an NFL roster since the 2016 season, and most people seem to think the Super Bowl Quarterback will never make a return. But most people aren't Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis. He says ays he would welcome Kapernick with open arms.  Who knows whether Davis is telling the truth, but it would rock the Las Vegas sports world if the Raiders managed to make this happen.

“I believe in Colin Kaepernick,” Davis said, per Monte Poole of NBC Sports Bay Area. “He deserves every chance in the world to become a quarterback in the National Football League. I still stand by it. If our coaches and general manager want to bring him in or want him to be the quarterback on this team, I would welcome him with open arms.”
