4. Veranda

If looking for a romantic experience that includes afternoon tea, head to the Veranda, a bright, contemporary poolside restaurant located inside Mandalay Bay.  Reservations are required for the tea service, which runs from 2 to 4 p.m. on weekdays. Traditional scones with Devonshire cream, light sandwiches, and pastries are available to accompany a large selection of organic teas. Champagne will be served to add a dash of Las Vegas flair.
