5 Funniest Las Vegas Raiders Memes This Week Oct 18-24

Ready to laugh? Check out this week's Las Vegas Raiders memes

Introduction

The joy of memes is now entrenched in the NFL sphere. This week's submissions range from brutal to hilarious. Some will have you laughing your ass off the first time, while others hit you in the feels. Here we go!

#5 She better be a Raiders fan son

It s no secret that Raiders fans can be brutal- that s just a part of who they are. The truth is, they bleed black and silver until they die and will probably watch games from the heavens as well. That s how deep this fandom goes.

In this laughable meme, a father threatens to not let a future son's wife into the family over not being a Raiders fan. While we all hope that a Raiders fan wouldn t go this far in their fandom, especially if it s not a conference rival, there is a huge chance the future wife needs to come to meet the parents with a Raiders jersey on.

#4 Bye week blues

What s the worst week for every football team?

It used to be the week you went up against the New England Patriots, who were equipped with a system quarterback, a great defense, and a multi-tiered run game. Now it s much worse and can leave fans bored with nothing to do! That s right, we're talking about the bye week.

Not only does this week force you to watch another game on Sunday, maybe even one of your division rivals, it also doesn't give fans a lot to talk about. It s this weird period where nothing is really happening, and everyone is just dying for the next game day to arrive. In the meantime, fans have to rely on game-day predictions, countless trash-talking sites, and fantasy football pools to get their fix.

#3 Better not touch our Tommy Terrific

Whether NFL fans want to admit it or not, Tom Brady will go down as one of the best football players of all time and no amount of complaining is going to change that. In fact, complaining about "spygate", or "deflategate" to a Brady supporter is likely to get you labeled a jealous idiot and kicked out of some circles in the NFL world.

As if that wasn t enough, Tom Brady claims GOAT status while being protected by the referees. Seriously, if you look at him wrong or lay one hand on his terrific body, you're likely to be penalized. I'm only partially kidding and so is this Tom Brady meme. It s funny how humor imitates life though.

#2 Clowning on Cowboys fans

Dak Prescott went down with a compound ankle fracture in a week four matchup and Raiders fans wasted no time rubbing salt in the wound. Unfortunately for Cowboys fans, this meant they were most likely met with a meme on their feed that showed a distraught Dallas fan trying to cut their own foot off in order to help get Prescott back in the game.

Of course, this meme just plays off the fact that some think Cowboy fans are a bunch of hicks, but also shows just how dire of a situation the team is in with Prescott. Furthermore, with Andy Dalton s subpar performance in Prescott s absence, it s only going to make more fans desperate to donate their foot and get Dak back.

#1 Fans getting excited about returns

Not everyone is a pro wrestling fan, but I think it will be rather easy to explain what is taking place in the following meme. See, a couple of decades ago, WWE or World Wrestling entertainment focused more on sex appeal. Fortunately for the sexually frustrated teenagers that were watching at the time, this included a long-legged Stacy Keibler walking to the ring in a mini skirt and seducing Vince McMahon.

She did everything from shake her ass to put her long legs on the boss's shoulders, and everyone loved it. Believe it or not, this was supposed to be a job interview for an assistant job on one of the shows, but Keibler s assets gave her a fast pass to employment. He announced to the audience that he was going to hire her on the spot.

Now that we have that explained, let s get to the meme in its current context. Keep in mind that McMahon s various facial expressions are based on the smutty acts that Keibler was performing on Mr. McMahon. That means the further Keibler went in her sultry acts, the more excited McMahon would get over what he was watching.

Switching to the current context, McMahon, who is an allegory for Raiders fans, is simply showing excitement for the return of Richie Incognito, Bryan Edwards, and Maurice Hurst. They are also showing an extreme level of excitement over the signing of David Irving and what he could do for this potential playoff team. Why wouldn't fans be excited, though? These players are key pieces of the team and could be the deciding factor in any number of upcoming games.
